Performance appraisal sessions

If the performance appraisal process is very important as a managerial tool for the organization, creating a perfect support document is very difficult. No document will ever match all the specific situations encountered by managers and their employees. It is the way the managers use the support document during the sessions that makes the difference, the document should not lead the meeting, the meeting should help to fill in the document. The objective: providing our staff with the opportunity to express their views before bringing our feedback. Always start the discussion with positive aspects in order to have the chance of congratulating our staff, then progressively move to areas in need of improvement. The improvement points of the past becoming the objectives of the future. The didactical approach is made up of interactive theory, workshops and many role plays.
